Parks And Recreation Center Projects

Last year, the city decided to build parks and recreation centers for the industrial zones in the city, which will include many key facilities.

The vast number of projects also includes making bus shelters across the city, which are equipped with air conditioning and information boards.

Major Developments

One of the largest real estate projects in the city is the Waterfront city, which will become the city’s biggest multi-purpose development project.

It will be based on about 10 islands, over 35 kilometers on the waterfront. It is expected to serve about 200,000 people.

Another major project is Tilal city, which has plots that are expected to serve over 65,000 people. They can be bought on sale or lease, with foreigners being able to get a 100-year lease.
